The Harold Parsonage Aviation Scholarship is an annual $1000 award for Manitobans pursuing pilot training.

The application process is simple. Please fill out the online form below; full sentences are appreciated. Preference will be given to rural Manitoba residents currently enrolled at a flight school who demonstrate financial need.

The annual application deadline is December 31 for each calendar year.

The Scholarship recipient will be contacted and announced in March of the following year.
